Shipping Policy
Thank you for ordering from GeekyClean. All orders are packed with care from the UK.
For any delivery questions, please contact us at info@geekyclean.com and include your order number.
Processing Times
Most in-stock orders are prepared and dispatched within [5–7 working days].
Posting Days Tuesday and Thursday and do not include UK bank holidays.
Some items are handmade, made to order, part of a limited drop, subscription box or pre-order. These may have a longer processing time. Where this applies, the estimated dispatch timeframe will be shown on the relevant product page or in your order confirmation.
During busy periods, launches, sales, seasonal events or unforeseen circumstances, dispatch may take a little longer. We will contact you if there is a significant delay.
UK Delivery
UK orders are sent using Royal Mail or another suitable tracked postal service.
Available delivery options, delivery costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates begin after your order has been dispatched, not from the date the order is placed.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Where tracking is available, this will include your tracking details.
International Delivery
We ship to selected international destinations. Available countries, delivery options and prices will appear at checkout.
International delivery times vary depending on the destination, customs processing and the local postal service. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Customers outside the UK are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, handling fees or other charges applied by their country, unless these are clearly stated as included at checkout.
GeekyClean cannot control customs delays or charges imposed by local authorities.
International Orders, Customs Charges and Refused Deliveries
Orders sent outside the UK may be subject to import VAT, customs duty, brokerage fees, handling charges or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless charges are clearly stated as included at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer. GeekyClean does not control these charges and cannot predict their amount.
If customs charges are not paid and an order is refused, uncollected, abandoned or returned to us, we cannot process any refund until the parcel has been returned to GeekyClean.
For a change-of-mind cancellation or return caused by unpaid customs charges, the customer is responsible for reasonable return-to-sender costs and any non-refundable carrier, customs or handling charges incurred by GeekyClean. These costs may be deducted from any refund where permitted by law.
This does not affect your statutory rights where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, unsafe or not as described.
Incorrect Addresses
Please check that your delivery address is correct before placing your order.
If you notice an error, contact us at info@geekyclean.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been packed or dispatched.
If an order is returned to us because the address provided was incorrect, incomplete, uncollected or refused, we will contact you to discuss redelivery or a refund.
Where permitted by law, any refund may have non-refundable postage, return postage or carrier charges deducted.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Deliveries
GeekyClean remains responsible for your order until it is delivered to you or to someone you have nominated to receive it.
If your parcel appears lost, delayed or damaged in transit, please contact us at info@geekyclean.com with your order number and any relevant photos or tracking information. We will investigate the issue with the delivery provider and work with you to find an appropriate solution.

Pre-Orders and Subscription Boxes
Pre-order items will be dispatched according to the estimated timeframe shown on the product page. If there is a significant delay, we will update you by email.
Subscription boxes are dispatched according to the schedule stated when you sign up. If a subscription box contains other items purchased at the same time, those items may be shipped together unless otherwise stated.
Delivery Delays
Occasionally, delivery services experience delays outside our control, including weather disruption, strikes, customs delays or periods of exceptionally high demand.
We will always do our best to help, but delivery dates are estimates unless a specific delivery date has been expressly agreed with you.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
