Are your products vegan?
Yes all our products are 100% Vegan and contain no animal products
Are your products tested on animals?
None of our products, are tested on animals only willing humans! We do not purchased any ingredients from companies that test on animals.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
We aim to keep our products as simple and gentle as possible but we cannot speak for all skin types. If you are worried about an allergen or sensitivity feel free to contact us.
Do you make all your products?
Yes! We handmake all our products from scratch in our workshop in small batches.
Are your bath bombs wrapped in plastic?
No, we use a biodegradable plant based "plastic" is a type of material that is designed to decompose into natural materials when exposed to the environment. It is used as a more sustainable alternative to traditional plastic, as it reduces the amount of plastic waste that ends up in landfills and oceans.

Ordering and Shipping

When will my GeekyClean Order Ship?
All our products are handmade so some are made to order, so this may mean there is a delay between ordering and shipping. We ship orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The Dicebomb box is shipped between 10th-15th of every month.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide with the exception of a few countries. If you cant find a shipping option for your country please contact us and we will see if it is possible.
Will my International & European Orders pay taxes and fees?
For any orders outside of the UK, the recipient may be subject to additional taxes or fees as determined by the destination country. These charges vary based on each country's tax and fee regulations, and Geekyclean LTD has no influence over them. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to pay any such taxes or fees imposed by the receiving country.
Can I return unwanted products?
Unfortunatly due to hygiene, Health and Safety reasons we are unable to accept returns of Cosmetic products.
What if my item is damaged when it arrives?
Sometimes things get damaged in the mail, sadly not everyone is as careful with your parcel as we are. If this happens take photos and get in contact with us!
What if my parcel is lost?
If you feel your parcel is lost in transit, please contact us we will raise an investigation.
