We aim to ship all orders within 3-5 Working Days of receiving them
N.B. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: GeekyClean are not responsible for any customs, landing, or handling fees.
Domestic
Standard Shipping (With Tracking): Our standard shipping option is provided by Royal Mail using their Royal Mail 48 Tracked Service, this will give you notice of when the item is due to be delivered by text and/or email, is tracked from start to finish and provides proof of delivery
Parcelforce Worldwide
This is one of our premium shipping options, this option is fully insured Door to Door. Parcelforce parcels are sent on their Parcelforce 24 Service and most are delivered next working day.
International
FedEx International Priority
This is one of our express shipping options, there is no risk of your order getting stuck in customs and is fully insured Door to Door. FedEx tend to deliver to most locations worldwide next day with the rest within 2-3 days.
FedEx International Economy and Euro Economy
This is one of our express shipping options, there is no risk of your order getting stuck in customs and is fully insured Door to Door. FedEx tend to deliver to most locations worldwide within 3-7 days.
Parcelforce Worldwide
This is one of our premium shipping options, this option is fully insured Door to Door. Parcelforce tend to deliver to all locations world wide within 5 working days.
International Shipping (Tracked and Insured): This is our suggested service for our international customers, fully tracked and insured, this service will cover you if any of your items get damaged in the post so we can replace them for you. It is also a faster service getting your parcels to you within 7 days We try to process all of our orders within 3 working days outside of extremely busy periods (like Christmas) where it may be longer, however we always aim to get packages to you as quickly as possible.
Important Notice: If you are ordering from outside the UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) You may incur additional charges, these are levied by your local customs agencies, not by GeekyClean and are out of our control.
Return to Sender Parcels
All parcels that are returned to sender will be subject to a £5.00 fee, this is to cover the carrier charge to us for returning parcels.
This includes but is not limited to, parcels not collected and returned to GeekyClean, Parcels with unpaid customs charges, and parcels with incorrect addresses.
This will be subtracted from any refund due back to you.
We are able to re-ship parcels to you at a charge, this will be quoted on your inquiry.
